Casa Nettuno is located on the second floor of a building inside Santa Lucia area, one of the historic districts of Syracuse. The area is well served: nearby you will find shops, post office, grocery store and shops for every need.
From the entrance you enter the living room, furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed, TV, fitted wall and armchair. The living area faces the internal part of the building and through a window it overlooks a lightwell.
From the living room, a sliding door leads to the bedroom with a walk-in closet, overlooking the main street through a small balcony.
Also from the living room, you have access to the kitchen equipped with all tools you may need, and comes with a round glass table and 4 chairs. From the kitchen there is also access to the bathroom, equipped with a tempered glass shower and heated towel rail.
All rooms feature stoneware floors with decorative inserts.
