Located in the charming historic center of Syracuse, Ortigia, a stone's throw from the Duomo, the Temple of Apollo and many other characteristic sites, our Casina dei Tintori is a completely renovated apartment, very bright, equipped with all the comforts you might need to feel like home.
It is located on the first floor and is accessed by a hallway: on the left the bathroom with shower stall, and then comes the kitchen area, with washing machine and hob. The second room is equipped with a bunk bed consisting of a queen size bed above and a double sofa bed below.
In the bedroom / living room there is a TV, and the whole house features radiators and air conditioning.
The neighborhood is the Bottai of Ortigia with its small shops, and populated by characteristic buildings of maximum 2/3 floors.
In winter, on the ground floor of the same building there are two bars open during the weekends, mainly populated by young people.
