The Zaffiro apartment belongs to our Giudecca Design Homes, a collection of 6 design apartments in the heart of Giudecca, the Jewish quarter of Ortigia island, a few steps from the sea.
It is located in a pedestrian alley right in the center, with restaurants, shops and all kinds of services within walking distance. The apartment, modern and furnished with design elements, is located on the first floor. From the entrance door you access the super-equipped kitchen with induction hob, mini fridge and microwave oven and a table for 4. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and smart TV and comes with a balcony overlooking the street.
From the living area through a staircase you get to the mezzanine overlooking the living room, where there is a double bed (convertible into two singles).
The bathroom with shower stall and heated towel rails completes the apartment.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and radiators.
