The apartment is on the second floor of a recently restored building, located in the heart of Ortigia with entrance from Piazza dei Mergulensi, a few steps from Wonderful Italy Welcome Point.
The square was part of the ancient district of Bottai, which is currently undergoing some renovation works. Here you will find a historic elementary school, many clubs and pubs and Palazzo Montalto (being restored).
To access the apartment it is necessary to pass through the door and the internal door and go up to the second floor; the entrance leads directly to the living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, desk, table with chairs and TV. The kitchenette has a gas hob with two burners, a fridge / freezer, a built-in microwave, a toaster, a kettle and an Italian-style coffee-maker, as well as all the necessary cooking equipment.
Continuing a hallway divides the bathroom, the laundry room and the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and a welcome kit for personal care.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and indoor bench.
Finally, the laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and bins for waste separation complete the house.
