The Loft La Cortigiana is located in a pedestrian lane accessible by car up to 20 meters away from the door. Located on the first floor, it consists of a large open space with a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the main room.
The entrance leads directly to the open space with parquet and a carpet of original cement tiles. In this environment you will find an antique handmade wooden cabinet which contains the TV, a sofa bed with peninsula, an armchair, a large table with 6 chairs and a sideboard.
From the open space you reach the bedroom via a wooden and metal staircase. The bed is recessed between two bedside tables made in continuity with the headboard of the bed, and the area below is visible from the mezzanine. The peculiarity of the mezzanine is the glass railing, which makes it visible from the environment below.
The living area is connected to the modern kitchen with a induction hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, laundry room through a corridor and bathroom with shower and window.
The apartment also comes with a private terrace, furnished with a masonry seat and equipped with a sink, accessible through the living area.
