Calarossa Seaview is the the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature, only 10 minutes far from the beautiful sea of Cala Rossa, near the seaside resort of Terrasini.
The villa is located in a complex few minutes far from Palermo Airport, overlooking the shores of Terrasini, a nice town a 30-minute drive away from Palermo downtown.
It is surrounded by a lovely garden and under the patio you will find a table, chairs and sofas, where you can have rest far from the summer heat. From the entrance you enter the living room / kitchen, furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a fireplace, and an equipped kitchen with table and chairs for dining inside the house.
On the same floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads down to the floor below, where you will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The room has access to an internal veranda.
From the patio, perfect for lunch or dinner, to read a book in the early afternoon or for a drink, you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
The house comes with a parking lot in the courtyard.

Terrasini shores and beaches are perfect for sports like sailing, surf and windsurf, kite and diving. In the surrounding areas, guests looking to discover the nature, can enjoy a natural reserve and and hills, perfect for trekking and biking. On the other hand, guests looking to jump into the Sicilian history, shall visit the Municipal Museum and its historical remains. The closest beach is only 10 minutes walking from the house and within half an hour walking it is possible to reach many other spots (with rocks and sands beaches) to swim and enjoying seaside views. Terrasini's vivid town centre is full of bars, restaurants and shops and it is just 2 km far away from the house; bars and supermarkets can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.
Thanks to its location, Calarossa Seaview is a perfect place to visit the city of Palermo without giving up the chance to stay and enjoy the green and quiet atmosphere typical of a seaside place. Its location is also great to reach other beautiful gems, such as Scopello (30 minutes), Trapani and Erice (50 min), Segesta (40 min), to discover the astonishing western part of Sicily.

Booking policy
- Check-in takes place between 15.00 and 20.00 and must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
- Check-out must take place by 10.00.
- Check-in or check-out requests for out-of-hours times may be possible according to the facility and the team's availability. An additional cost ranging from € 20 to € 40 will be charged for arrivals after 20.00.
